Our Team.
The Idaho Pediatric Cancer Coalition was founded to further assist families in Southern Idaho whose lives were turned upside down with an unfathomable diagnosis. When a local family’s infant daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, the support provided by their immediate circle extended well out to the community.
Our desire is to continue to take small circles and invite the community in to meet the needs of pediatric cancer families. Idaho Pediatric Cancer Coalition is committed to bringing childhood cancer awareness and support to as many people as possible. By working to alleviate the stressors that come with a childhood cancer, IPCC meets needs that arise from diagnosis, through treatment and into remission.
We currently assist families across Idaho. If you or someone you love is outside those counties, please still reach out to us and we will help you find resources in your area to give you support.
As we continue to grow we are dedicated to continue developing our strategy and leadership team by identifying board needs, community engagement and advocacy, and ensuring accountability and transparency.

We are proud to announce that the Magic Valley Pediatric Cancer Coalition has made a huge impact in Idaho this year! We have assisted 49 families since our conception, with 24 of these receiving help in 2023. Our support included providing gas cards, offering lodging assistance, and paying household bills. Additionally, we organized four private quarterly family events in 2023. Thank you for supporting our cause and helping to make a difference – together, we can continue to make a real impact in our communities.
As part of our current projects, we are excited to announce the expansion to Treasure Valley. We are launching our first advisory board committee in 2024 to spearhead efforts across the state, including Treasure Valley, Eastern Idaho, and Northern Idaho. Our goals include establishing advisory boards in key areas, connecting with social workers and healthcare advocates, and increasing fundraising. We expect these efforts to result in enhanced support for families during and after treatment, increased awareness and advocacy, improved access to affordable healthcare in rural areas, and financial stability for families post-treatment.
